Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch. UK delivery usually takes 7–12 working days after dispatch. Tracking is sent as soon as your order leaves us.
Yes. You may cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery and then have a further 14 days to return it. Arley also offers an extended 30-day return window for eligible unworn items.
Yes. Arley London jewellery is 100% waterproof and made for everyday wear in the shower, sea and pool. After salt water or chlorine, rinse with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth.
Add two eligible pieces to your bag. The lower-priced eligible piece is discounted automatically while the promotion is active.
Yes. A tracking link is emailed after dispatch so you can follow your parcel to its destination.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings must remain sealed unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
