Add at least two eligible jewellery pieces to your basket. The offer is applied automatically at checkout, you may mix and match, and the lower-priced eligible item is free.

When will my UK order be dispatched?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch. Standard UK delivery usually takes 7–12 working days after dispatch and is free.

Can I change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Where is my confirmation email?
Check your junk folder and confirm the email used at checkout. If it is still missing, contact customer care.

Is Arley jewellery waterproof?
Yes. Arley London jewellery is 100% waterproof and made for everyday wear in the shower, sea and pool.

How should I care for my pieces?
After salt water or chlorine, rinse with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth. Store each piece separately to reduce scratching.

Returns

What is the returns policy?
Arley London offers a 30-day return window for unworn, unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings must remain sealed unless faulty. Contact customer care before sending a return; we will provide the approved instructions and return address.
